Structural steel fabrication is the heart of what we do. Our welders have years of experience and are qualified per the AWS D1.1 structural welding code for a variety of welding processes. We can provide structural steel packages simple enough for contractors to install, or turn-key solutions where we handle every aspect—from delivering the steel on-site to fully welded moment frames that are ready for framing.
Assisting our structural shop is our plate processing facility adjacent to the main shop. There we can cut, shape, bend, and manipulate the plates required for your job. With an HD CNC plasma/torch, we can cut plates as thin as 16 ga and up to 2"+. Having plate processing in-house gives us better control over quality and schedule, helping keep your project on track.
