Pre-Construction

Our pre-construction team is here to solve your problems. Whether you need a quote for a structural steel job, a staircase, or any other architectural element in your project, we’re here to help. We use the latest 3D modeling software, including SolidWorks and Tekla Structures, to create highly accurate, fabrication-ready shop drawings. We can also deploy our 3D scanner to create as-built models of existing structures for additions, remodels, or staircases. Paired with our Trimble total stations, we can accurately lay out steel anchors and embeds on-site using pre-established control points. Keeping all these capabilities in-house means quicker turn-around times, higher accuracy, and less rework—saving time and money when it matters most.
